I had not seen it before and wondered how I could have missed it. Tonight you will get to experience more BB-Q. (Texas style) Although I'm afraid it is only chicken. I'm a beef fan personally... and am still looking forward to game meat that I enjoy. Curious what others think. Because I have not eaten much game.. Venison, elk, etc. I don't know if I just don't like it or if the meat has not been the best specimen. Hmmm, I was wondering. I had not seen it before
